Accounts clerk* office administrator required for this medium sized IT services company based in the North London * Hertfordshire borders. They have an urgent requirement for someone with some experience working in a finance department , ideally using Sage Line 50. On a daily basis you will be working with the company accountant assisting with purchase ledger (matching invoices to purchase orders, posting invoices, obtaining authorisation, reconciling statements, dealing with supplier queries, raising BACS and manual cheque payments, etc.), processing personal expenses, posting journals, producing VAT returns and credit control. In addition to this you will be required to cover reception and be involved with the day to day office administration. Along with the skills to do the job personality is the key for this one and they are looking for a good communicator that is accurate, conscientious and reliable.
